Frequently Ask Questions
How much does it cost to rent tables and chairs?
Our pricing depends on the quantity you need and the duration of your rental. We offer flexible packages for small gatherings and large events alike. Message us directly for a free quote — no obligation at all!
Do you deliver to areas outside Butuan City?
At the moment, our delivery service covers Butuan City only. If you are located outside the city, you are welcome to arrange your own pickup from our location. We are working on expanding our coverage soon!
Is setup and arrangement included in the rental?
Setup and arrangement are not included in our current service. We deliver the tables and chairs to your venue and pick them up after your event. Your team will be responsible for arranging them according to your preferred layout.
Do I need to book in advance or can I rent last minute?
We highly recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days before your event, especially during peak seasons like fiestas, graduations, weddings, and holidays. Last-minute requests are welcome but subject to availability, so contact us as early as possible to secure your reservation.
What happens if a table or chair gets damaged during the rental?
We ask all our customers to take good care of the equipment during the rental period. Any damaged or lost items will be charged a replacement fee. We keep all our tables and chairs clean and in good condition — we simply ask that you return them the same way!
